Jan, born in Stockholm, has a degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Business Administration of Göteborg, Sweden.
He developed his professional career in the United Kingdom, reaching positions of senior management in roles mainly focused on the financial area or general management. Among other positions, he was CFO of Commodore International, CFO of Hertz Europe and president and CEO of Axus International. Subsequently, he has accumulated extensive experience as a member of boards of directors of different international companies, having been non-executive director of Lavendon Plc, chairman of CRC Group Plc, chairman of Car Park Group AB in Stockholm, senior independent director of PHS Plc, chairman of easyHotel Plc, non-executive director of Northgate Plc. He is currently a board member of Speedy Services Plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Jan was appointed director of Vidrala in 2016, with the category of independent director. He is currently Chairman of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Luis has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country, having studied postgraduate studies at the University of Berkeley.

Aitor, born in San Sebastián, studied Business Studies at the University of the Basque Country and completed post-graduate studies at Wharton University in the field of Integration Management.
He began his professional career in the logistics sector, reaching the position of director of operations at DHL Iberia. Currently, he is a board member in several companies and managing partner of Ekolo ecological products, Parque Solar Cabanillas and Limaskoa.

Rita Maria de Noronha e Melo Santos Gallo, born in Lisbon, has a degree in management from the Lusíada University in Lisbon, having obtained a postgraduate course in financial management from the same center.
Rita has developed her professional career in the area of marketing with a special presence in the segment of audiovisual media and new technologies.
