We are over 1700 people involved in the Vidrala project.

Distributed over 5 countries (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Belgium) we have a longstanding consolidated presence in the world of glass recipient manufacture. This is already a long history, however, it continues to renew and rejuvenate daily. In fact, this is one of our strong points with a view to the future; i.e. a magnificent balance between the experience of the oldest and enthusiasm of the newest.

For this reason, Vidrala Group is a workplace of prestige, likewise an option for professional development and growth for many people in many parts of Europe. This allows us to have very high loyalty ratios with very low rotation in all our work centres.

Our central structure has five large management directions under the co-ordination of the Managing Director, forming the Direction Committee. Each production centre also has its own management team, co-ordinated by a Plant Director, and is likewise member of the Group Management Committee .
