Carlos Delclaux Zulueta
Carlos has a degree in economic and business sciences from the University of Deusto, having studied doctorate in economics at the same university.
He began his professional career in the industrial multinational glass manufacturer BSN Gervais Danone, located in Paris and in Gelselkirchen, Germany. Subsequently, he developed a career in the banking sector, assuming different management responsibilities in the bank currently called BBVA, highlighting, in chronological order: deputy director of Banco de Vizcaya en Castilla y León, regional manager of Indubán, CEO of the subsidiary in Belgium of the group Gesbanque, CEO of Privanza, and general manager of private banking at BBVA.
He has also been a board member of Argón, Compañía Nacional de Oxígeno, Compañía Navarra de Oxígeno, Fiseat, Gestión de Activos Inmobiliarios, Solete Hispania, Vocento, and president for 15 years of the industrial company Sibelco Hispania, a subsidiary of one of the world's leading companies in the minerals sector for industrial uses.
Carlos Delclaux is currently a non-executive director of Talleres de Amurrio and Amurrio Ferrocarril y Equipos, active companies in the railway material sector. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Board of Rioja Alta, S.A., a winery of reference in Europe.
Carlos has been non-executive chairman of the Board of Directors of Vidrala since 2002.
Fernando Gumuzio Iñíguez de Onzoño
Fernando has a degree in law and economic sciences from the University of Deusto. He is founding member of Grupo Azora and board member of Azora Capital and its subsidiaries. He has been a promoter and board member since the constitution of Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios, Socimi.
Prior to the founding of Grupo Azora, he was general manager responsible for the asset management, private banking and insurance division of Santander Group and member of its executive committee, as well as director of several Santander Group companies.
Fernando has also been, among others, independent director of the bank Caixa Geral, chairman of the board of Sample Test, laboratory of clinical analysis and diagnostic services, executive vice-president of Eolic Corporation CESA, renewable energy company, president of Transmol Logística, hydrocarbons logistics and natural gas management services company, and independent director of listed companies Cortefiel and Zeltia.
Fernando was appointed as independent director of Vidrala in 2019. He is currently chairman of the audit and compliance committee.
Aitor Salegui Escolano
Aitor was born in San Sebastián. After studying business sciences at the University of the Basque Country, he completed postgraduate course at Wharton University in the field of Integration Management.
He began his professional career in the logistics sector, reaching the position of chief operating officer (COO) at DHL Iberia. Currently, he is a managing partner of the renewable energy company Parques Solares LIM, the food products producer Ekolo Productos Ecológicos and of the investment firm Limaskoa. He is also a director of Walden Medical Neuro Digital and Accessible Impacto, dedicated to different avenues of research and development of new technologies for medical or healthcare use.
Aitor has been a non-executive director of Vidrala since 2008, representing Addvalia Capital, S.A.
Eduardo Zavala Ortiz de la Torre
Eduardo holds a degree in business and marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (London), and a MBA from IEDE Business School (Madrid).
He has been the CEO of Workcenter, a leading company in the reprography sector, for the last ten years. Since then, he has been responsible for the restructuring of the business, focusing on its profitability, a constant cost control and sales growth.
Prior to Workcenter, he founded various businesses and has a long experience in the retail sector, having been involved in the management of companies as K-tuin and Área Pc.
Eduardo is non-executive director of Vidrala since 2005. With experience in the creation of new businesses, as well as in their management, he provides Vidrala with a strategic vision focused on business development.
Gilllian Anne Watson
Gilllian Anne Watson has a degree in Mathematics from the University of Edinburgh, UK, having subsequently obtained an MBA from the INSEAD Business School.
She has built her professional life in executive roles in the financial services, energy and healthcare sectors. Currently and since 2013, she is CEO and head of energy and electricity at Noble & Co. Previously, since she began her career at Morgan Stanley, she has held various positions and responsibilities at Standard Chartered, TXU Europe, Endesa and Giltech. She has developed her career in China, Spain and the United Kingdom, with activity linked to both the public and private fields.
Today she is non-executive chairwoman of the energy storage company Statera Energy, the Martin Currie investment fund, the electric vehicle charging company char.gy and the Vietnam DC 25 investment fund, as well as a director of Scottish Friendly Mutual Insurance and residential care provider Meallmore. In addition, in the past, she has been non-executive chairwoman of the Gordon & Macphail bottler and distiller, director at the Scottish economic development agency Scottish Enterprise and vice-chairwoman of the Ayrshire & Arran NHS Scottish regional health councils.
Inés Andrade Moreno
Inés Andrade Moreno has a degree with distinction Summa Cum Laude in Finance and International Business Management from Georgetown University, Washington D.C., USA.
She has developed her professional life in the investment banking sector, in the private equity / alternative investment activity and wealth advisory services. Since 2008 she has held various positions within the global private asset manager Altamar CAM Partners, being Partner and Shareholder since 2011, Vice President of the group since January 2016 until January 2022.
She is currently a Partner and Chairwoman of the firm's 'Client Solutions' division in Spain. Previously, since she began her career at JP Morgan in 1984, she has held various executive positions and responsibilities at Cititus, Socios Financieros, Inversiones Ibersuizas, Inova Capital and Grupo Río Real.
Today, she is director and chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Corporación Acciona Energías Renovables, S.A. She is also an independent director and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Técnicas Reunidas, S.A.
Likewise, Ines is a member of Level20, a non-profit organisation created with the aim of promoting the presence of women in management positions within the world of private equity in Europe, having actively participated in its mentoring program for 3 years.
Finally, in the past, she has been a member of the Strategy Committee of the family office INJAT, director and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Grupo Lar Inversiones Inmobiliarias, and director of Grupo Seguriber, Bodaclick and Dayjet Corporation.
Iñigo Errandonea Delclaux
Born in Bilbao in 1964, he has a degree in Economics from the ICADE Faculty of Economic Sciences in Madrid.
He first worked in audit at Ernst & Young, then built a career in the banking industry working for BBVA and -for more than twenty years- Deutsche Bank, where he held global and regional executive responsibilities in corporate banking, capital markets and consumer credit.
Luis Delclaux Muller
Luis has a degree in economic and business sciences from the University of the Basque Country, having studied post-graduate course at the University of Berkeley.
Luis has professional experience in controlling, investments –including different financial instruments–, and the promotion and development of renewable energy projects, highlighting the creation –among others– of Ceconat Energy G.m.b.H., based in Hamburg.
He has been a finance professor in several institutions, such as ICADE; consultant at Serbal, S.A. (subsidiary of Creditanstalt-Bankverein AG) and CP Consultores S.A.; and member of the board of directors of Norton P.H., S.A., Postensa, S.A. y Llucalari Hotel, S.L.
Ramón Delclaux de la Sota
Ramón, born in Bilbao, has a degree in economic and business sciences from CUNEF.
He has developed his professional career in the financial sector, where he has accumulated twenty-five years of experience working for BBVA, in functions related to the areas of corporate banking for large companies, capital markets, structured financing solutions and, more recently, global transaction banking, cash management and digital transformation.
Ramón is currently a member of the strategy committee.
Rita Maria de Noronha e Melo Santos Gallo
Rita Maria de Noronha e Melo Santos Gallo, born in Lisbon, has a degree in management from the Lusíada University in Lisbon, having obtained a postgraduate course in financial management from the same center.
Rita has developed her professional career in the area of marketing with a special presence in the segment of audiovisual media and new technologies. She has worked, among others, on tasks related to the projects “Arte Corebusiness – Gestão de Patrocínios e Publicidade Lda Utopia Filmes”, “Lisboa 94 – Capital Europeia da Cultura” and “Portfruit – Sociedade Portuguesa de Exportação de Legumes e Frutas Lda”.
She currently manages the family holding NORONHA GALLO S.à.r.l., while working as consultant in Imohahn, S.A. Moreover, Rita is a non-executive director of Vidrala representing NORONHA GALLO S.à.r.l.
Virginia Urigüen Villalba
Virginia, born in Bilbao, has a degree in economic and business sciences from the University of the Basque Country, having completed postgraduate studies in business management at Inside.
She has developed her professional career in the field of business internationalization, having worked for thirteen years in the Chamber of Commerce of Bilbao, and twelve years in Pronet Consulting and Fatronik System. She currently works as an internationalization and business development consultant.
