At Vidrala we consider it essential to achieve sustainable development of our business, which requires us to centre on the person and environment, going beyond the short-term result.
To this effect, we foster the satisfaction of people working with us, seeking their involvement in the project. To do this, we have set up a series of policies and actions aimed at favouring professional and personal life reconciliation for example, likewise participation of the family environment in shared life moments (Open Doors Conference), or the sponsorship of socio-cultural activities within the closest social environment.
For this purpose, we annually foster participation in an international solidarity project, where workers and company collaborate together via their economic contributions towards a less fortunate collective group.
Finally, we should like to highlight our ever more important presence in events and collaborations with Schools, Universities and Experts’ Forums to communicate and share the successes of our business model and way of understanding industry in the 21st century.
