Seven professionals from the Vidrala Group are taking part on an ongoing basis in this new Master’s programme, benefiting from an excellent opportunity to enhance the management skills and technical knowledge provided by the course. As a new initiative — compared to previous editions — the possibility has been opened up for interested managers to participate in specific modules, in order to foster and strengthen both their knowledge and their role in people management. The new Vidrala Master’s programme represents the Group’s latest training initiative and brings together, under a single programme, the Master’s training, Executive Development Seminars and Management Committee training, with a clearly defined structure aligned towards achieving shared objectives. This training programme concludes in March 2011 with the presentation of the “Master’s final projects”, enabling those professionals who have completed the full programme to obtain official Master’s certification.
